What is aniline leather?
Aniline leather is leather dyed with aniline dyes in the bath.
It is open-pored smooth leather without a pigment layer (color coat) on the top, which still reveals the natural texture of the skin material and is usually regarded as very expensive and valuable leather >
For aniline leather only absolutely flawless skins come into question, since the surface structure of the leather remains completely visible.
